How it works

Follow one cold prospect all the way to your calendar.

Seven stages, three sets of hands and a rule the system holds itself to at every one. Three of those stages need you, and two of the three are the first and the last.

  1. 1You · Day one

One meeting, and you are largely done.

A single working session covers your offer, your buyer, your tone and what a good lead looks like to you. It becomes a structured knowledge workspace that every later decision is grounded in, which is why nothing the system writes later has to be invented.

Every message traces back to something you told us.

  2. 2The system · Starts day one, runs two weeks

We send from our fleet, never your brand.

Fresh domains matched to your brand and regions, authenticated mailboxes on business-grade email, monitoring on every record. Your primary domain is never used for cold outreach, so a bad quarter can never follow you back to the address your customers already trust.

Warmup begins immediately and blocks cold volume for 14 days.

  3. 3The system · In parallel with warmup

A list that has already been proven real.

Your ideal customer profile becomes a sourced, verified prospect list. Invalid and risky addresses are removed before they can ever enter a campaign, catch-all domains are refused rather than gambled on, and research enriches what survives so the writing has something specific to say.

A campaign cannot launch below 80% verified.

  4. 4The system · Before any send

Written by AI. Signed off by a person.

Specialist agents research the market, draft the strategy and write the sequence against your knowledge workspace. An independent quality pass checks grounding, tone and every factual claim. Then a human approves it, and you see sample emails before anything reaches a prospect.

Approval is mandatory and cannot be skipped.

  5. 5The system · Week three onward

Volume you earn, not volume you buy.

Sending opens small and climbs through fixed ceilings, advancing only when inbox placement, bounce and complaint evidence stays clean. Weak signals hold the stage or drop it without waiting for anyone to notice. Sends are spaced so a mailbox never behaves like a machine.

    255075100

Bad evidence demotes a mailbox automatically.

  6. 6The system · Continuous

The campaign stops the moment someone replies.

Every inbound message is read and classified: interest, objection, referral, out of office, opt out. Answers go back in your voice and in the prospect’s language. When a thread needs judgment it moves to a person with the full history in front of them, and the AI does not barge back in.

Threads waiting on us carry a 2-hour response clock.

  7. 7An operator · When the conversation earns it

A qualified lead, handed over whole.

Prospects are qualified by what they actually said about fit, intent and timing, not by a score attached to a row in a spreadsheet. What reaches you is the complete picture: the contact, the full conversation, the qualification summary and any meeting already on the calendar.

After transfer, the relationship is entirely yours.

Timeline

Your first 90 days.

Reputation is earned, not bought. Here is what happens, in what order, and exactly where you come in.

  1. Day 1

    Kickoff

    You and an operator

One working session on your offer, your buyer and your voice. The ICP Analyst turns it into your knowledge workspace.

  2. Days 1–14

    Foundation

    The system

Sending domains and mailboxes are set up and authenticated, and warmup starts. List building, research and campaign planning run alongside it.

  3. Before any send

    Approval

    You and an operator

You review the plan and sample emails, and a person approves it. Nothing reaches a prospect before that.

  4. Week 3 onward

    Outreach

    The system

Sending opens at the first ceiling and climbs only on clean evidence. Conversations typically begin in weeks three to four.

  5. Months 2 and 3

    Compounding

The system and an operator, then you

Replies are qualified, meetings are booked and leads are handed to your team, while the plan keeps adjusting to what prospects actually say.

Engagements run on a three-month minimum because that is the honest window in which compounding shows itself. Anyone promising you meetings in week one is borrowing against the future of your domain.

Division of labor

So what is actually on you?

Almost nothing, and that is the design. Your team’s time is worth more in the meetings than in the machinery.

You

Three moments

  1. 1One kickoff session, and answers when we ask about your business
  2. 2Approve the campaign plan before it launches. Minutes, not meetings.
  3. 3Take the meetings and close the deals

Guarantees

The parts we will not negotiate.

Not results, which depend on your market. These are rules the platform enforces on itself, on every campaign, whether or not anyone is watching.

  • Enforced in code

    14days minimum

Warmup before a single cold send

A new mailbox cannot carry campaign volume until it has been building reputation for two full weeks. The check is in the send path, so it is not a policy anyone can be talked out of.

  • Enforced in code

    100%of campaigns

Reviewed by a person before launch

AI drafts the strategy and writes the sequences. An independent quality pass checks every claim against your knowledge base. Then a human approves it. There is no autopilot path to your prospects.

  • Enforced in code

    80%floor to launch

Of the list verified, or it does not send

Addresses are validated before a campaign can start, and catch-all domains are rejected outright rather than gambled on. We over-source by 1.2x so verification losses never quietly shrink your audience.

  • Enforced in code

    25→100earned in stages

Daily volume climbs only on evidence

Each mailbox moves through fixed send ceilings, and only advances when placement is healthy, bounces are near zero and complaints are at zero. Bad evidence holds the stage or drops it automatically.

  • Enforced in code

    2hour response target

On any thread waiting for us

Replies are classified the moment they land, and a thread that needs a human carries a clock an operator is accountable to. Speed to lead is a monitored policy here, not an aspiration.

  • Enforced in code

    90days, then gone

If you leave, your data leaves

Departure opens a recovery window in which everything is restorable in full. After it closes, conversations, leads, knowledge and credentials are deleted permanently, confirmed by a human and logged step by step.
